Opening Ceremony

Mr. Vuttikrai Leewiraphan, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the grand opening of the 72nd Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair. The event is organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), in collaboration with the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT), and is supported by 16 key public and private organizations in the industry.
The Networking Reception

On the evening of the opening day, DITP, the main organizer and GIT, co-organizers of Bangkok Gems, hosted a Networking Reception to foster connections among international buyers, exhibitors, trade representatives, and distinguished guests. The gathering, held under the theme of ‘Thailand’s Gems and Jewelry Districts’ created an inviting setting that encouraged collaboration and future partnerships and also made the evening truly memorable.

As a highlight of Bangkok Gems, the New Faces zone shines a spotlight on emerging Thai designers, innovative SMEs, and artisanal brands that are redefining the country’s jewelry landscape with fresh ideas, bold designs, and exceptional craftsmanship.
