… THAIFEX – World of Food ASIA 2007 is back!
Once again, the Department of Export Promotion (DEP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and Koelnmesse, the world-class food exhibition organizer from Germany, have joined forces to organize what has set out to become one of the most exciting epicurean extravaganzas ever!
Exhibitors for this year’s event will have the opportunity to meet with potential customers and business partners in food-related industries from around the world. Such industries include food producing, catering, hotel and hospitality, wholesaling, exporting and importing, among many others.
Last year, THAIFEX – World of Food Asia received an overwhelming success in drawing more than 83,000 visitors from all over the world. Around 1,000 international companies exhibited in the fair. Reportedly, about US$ 65 million worth of purchasing orders and promising future trade deals were made during the fair.
The THAIFEX – World of Food ASIA 2007 is scheduled to take place during May 23rd-27th, 2007, at the Challenger Hall 2-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Visitors to this event will delight in a wondrous array of food-related innovations and services from approximately 2,100 exhibiting booths. Highlighted sections include Food & Beverage, Halal Food, Organic Food, Catering Service, Modern Kitchenware, Food-related Businesses, Innovative Food-Producing Technologies, Hotel and Hospitality Business, Retailing, and the Establishment of Thai Restaurants abroad.
