	US$ 900/1 unit of 9 sqm. (3x3m.) for standard booth (surrounding wall, carpeting, fascia, spotlights, rail/shelves, discussion table and chairs)

4. Terms of Payment

The first 50% of total participation fee must be paid at the time of submitting application.
The last 50% of total participation fee must be paid before 30 May 2004.
Payment must be made to the "Department of Export Promotion" by Bank Draft only in U.S. dollars.
The bank draft should be sent to : Department of Export Promotion, Office of International Trade Fair

Refunds will not be issued in any event.

5. Selection and Allocation of Exhibition Space

The Fair Organizer reserves the right to select and allocate the exhibition space. The exhibitor shall have no claim for compensation as a result of any changes.
Allocation of exhibition space: The Fair Organizer will make the decision through consideration of the following: product group, number of rented boohts, date of payment, construction and decoration, history of co-operation/activities with Department of Export Promotion.
Exhibition space is licensed to the exhibitor only. The exhibitor is not permitted to sub-licensed the exhibition space allocated to it, either wholly or in part. Without the prior written consent of the Fair Organizer.

6. Benefits for Exhibitors

The exhibitor will have the rights to exhibit in the allocated rental space.
The exhibitor will be able to advertise on the Fair/Exhibition website and other public relations material.
The exhibitor will have the rights to distribute its company profile in the Fair Catalogue and Fair Catalogue advertisements.

The advertising specification: one page, four-color, size 5.75x8.25 inc. plus 3mm. on all edges for bleeding area. The artwork must be in digital form (Disk/Zip/CD-ROM) together with the color print out of the artwork. The file should be in PageMaker/Illustrator/Photoshop application at resolution 300 dpi in TIFF/EPS/JPEG format.
